By engaging, contracting with, or utilizing the web development, mobile app engineering, design, or digital marketing services of Codeulas Innovations Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
All projects proceed based on agreed technical specifications, sprint timelines, and deliverable milestones defined in the project proposal or contract statement of work (SOW).
Upon receipt of 100% full project payment, all customized source code, database architectures, graphics, and design assets developed exclusively for the client shall become the sole intellectual property of the client.
Codeulas Innovations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, payment gateway outages, or external API modifications beyond our direct control.
